Dear Norville Eye Care family,

With the facts and situation surrounding the COVID-19, our priority is your safety and health.

In order to protect our community and to do our part to “flatten the curve” our office will be following the guidelines of the NC State Board of Optometry and the CDC. At this time, we will not be open for routine/non-urgent eye care effective today, Wednesday, March 18th until Monday, May 11th.

If you have an appointment for routine/non-urgent eye care during the above dates, we will be rescheduling your appointment until next month. We very much appreciate your understanding about rescheduling your appointment.

During this time, we will still be available for Emergency eye care. If you have an urgent eye care need, please contact our office via phone or email. Please contact us first with your Emergency eye care needs, don’t go to the ER or urgent care. We are still here to treat your urgent eye care needs and that helps our country’s healthcare system.

At this time, please STAY HOME and help slow the spread of COVID-19. As American citizens we need to do our part to help our community.

Please know that we are always here for you! Thank you for your understanding during this unprecedented time. We look forward to resuming our normal schedule as soon as possible.

Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns that you have during this time.

As always, thank you for trusting us with your eye care!

Stay safe and healthy,

Dr. Danielle Norville and all of our team at Norville Eye Care
